Description of Type Design Change: Installation of seat tracks in accordance with FAA approved Elsinore Aerospace Drawing List No. 2138-2520-000, Revision B, dated December 1, 1992, or later FAA approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this modification applies to the above noted airplane model only.
This approval should not be extended to other specific airplanes of this model unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any other previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
