Description of Type Design Change: Increase gross weight to 5200 lbs. take-off and 4940 lbs. landing according to Installation Instructions dated 1/12/65.
Limitations and Conditions: 1. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated 1/12/66 required. 2.
Eligible only on Serial No. 27-2001 through 27-2504 with Piper Airplane Flight Manual dated 12/15/61. 3. Weight and C.G. limits as shown on AFM Supplement. 4. Original landing gear doors or doors approved by STC SA423SW are eligible according to E.O. One(1) dated 4/20/71. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
