Installation of an oil filter, filter base and mounting plate on the firewalls of those airplanes that are equipped with an FAA approved Continental model C-90-12F or -14F engine installation which has been modified by the installation of an external mounted full flow oil adapter and spin-on oil filter in accordance with STC No. SE5941NM and Timberman Installation Instructions No. OF-16- 0200, dated March 31, 1988, or later FAA approved revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of this engine. A copy of this Certificate dated April 9, 1993, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
