Description of the Type Design Change Vortex generators manufactured in accordance with Document AA1129, no revision, dated April 23, 1993, and installed in accordance with Document AA1130, no revision, dated April 23, 1993.
Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for other aircraft.
This approval is limited to the installation in Piper Model PA-31, Serial Number 31-725 only. A copy of this Certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
There may be a maximum combined total of four vortex generators missing from the wing or tail surfaces before replacements must be installed.
Operations must be conducted within the limitations of the basic airplane flight manual.
