Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Hartzell Propeller Model No. HC-C2YL- 1BF/F8468A-8R in accordance with Wick Air Inc., “Installation Instructions for Installing Hartzell Model HC-C2YL-1BF/F8468A-8R Propeller on Piper PA-18-150 Airplanes” (pages 1, 2 and 3) dated March 1, 1977, or later FAA approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applies to the basic Piper Model PA-18 “150” airplane only. Compatibility of this design change with previously FAA approved modifications must be determined by the installer. The airplane is approved for Normal Category operations only. The FAA approved Flight Manual Supplement dated August 6, 1976, or later FAA approved revision is required.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this Certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
