1. For Configuration 1 & 2: The Canadian Department of Transport approved Flight Manual Supplement CL600-IAEL-119, Baggage Compartment Smoke Detector dated August 4, 1988 is required with this modification.

1) CL601-IAEL-104, Scott Gaseous Oxygen system, original issue dated July 10, 1987.
2) CL600-IAEL-111, Sperry Voice Advisory System Model VA-100, original issue dated February 1, 1988.
3. For Configuration 1, following maintenance and inspection procedures must complied with:
1) Maintenance procedures Gaseous Oxygen System, Report No. TM-601-874 Issue A dated June 13, 1986.
2) Maintenance check of FMD Overboard Servicing, Report No. T.M0375-0006 dated January 8, 1988.
4. For Configuration 2, the following Canadian Department of Transport approved Flight Manual Supplements are required with this modification.
1) CL600-IAEL-110, Honeywell Lasertrak Navigation Display Unit, Original Issue dated December 2, 1987.
2) CL600-IAEL-134, Scott Gaseous Oxygen System, Original Issue dated September 11, 1989.
3) CL600-IAL-139, Sperry Voice Advisory System Model VA-100, Original Issue dated April 10, 1990.
5. For Configuration 2, the following maintenance and inspection procedures must be complied with:
1) Maintenance Procedures Gaseous Oxygen System Report No. T.M0706-0004 Issue G, dated February 19, 1993.
2) MMMS-CL600-IAL-104, Mandatory Maintenance Manual Supplement Oxygen Discharge Indicators dated July 22, 1994.
3) MMMS-CL600-IAL-107, Mandatory Maintenance Manual Supplement Rampguard Security System Antenna, dated July 22, 1994.
4) MMMS-CL600-IAL-119, Mandatory Maintenance Manual Supplement Drain Mast, dated July 24, 1995.
5) MMMS-CL600-IAL-84, Mandatory Maintenance Manual Supplement VHF Antenna dated June 24, 1994.
6) Configuration 1 is eligible only on airplane serial number 5018. Configuration 2 is eligible only on airplane serial number 5061.
6. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Bombardier, Inc. Model CL-600-2B16 Serial No. 5018, 5061. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
