3. FAA/DAS Approved Pilot’s Operating Handbook and/ or Airplane Flight manual Supplement, P/N 891240, dated 3-11-96 is required for Cessna Models 152 and A152 for S-TEC System 40 or later FAA Approved revisions of the above supplement.

4. FAA Approved Supplemental Flight Manual, P/N 89624, dated 8-22-85 is required for Cessna Models 150G, 150H, 150J, 150K, 150L, 150M, A150K , A150L, and A150M for S-TEC System 50 or later FAA Approved revisions of the above supplement.

5. FAA/DAS Approved Pilot’s Operating Handbook and/ or Airplane Flight manual Supplement, P/N 891241, dated 3-11-96 is required for Cessna Models 152 and A152 for S-TEC System 50 or later FAA Approved revisions of the above supplement.

6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
