A6WE The Boeing Company DC-9-82 (MD-82) Description of Type Design Change: Installation of Provisions Only for oven assemblies in accordance with FAA Approved Driessen Aircraft Interior Systems, Inc. Master Data List No. MDL-124028, Revision “B”, dated September 1, 1993, or later FAA approved revisions.
Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this modification applies to the above noted aircraft model series only. This installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. Note: All of the components installed by the STC meet the Heat Release Requirement (65/65) and the Smoke Emission Requirement (200) of Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations 25.853 (a-1), Amendment 25-66. A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of the modified aircraft. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
