Boeing (McDonnell Douglas) DC-9-10, DC-9-14, DC-9-15 Installation of Contemporary Deep Rack interior in accordance with Heath Tecna Drawing List 7939760, (excluding the – 509 inst), Revision L, dated March 24, 1983, or later FAA approved revision.

Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the relationship between this change and any of those previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. The resulting interior arrangement, along with the required placarding, has not been evaluated and is not part of this STC. A copy of this certification must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
