1. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

2. This placard is required in front of and in plain view of the pilot: Total combined weight of occupants, fuel and baggage must not exceed__* Pounds." (*Enter value obtained by subtracting 15 pounds of oil and empty weight from maximum weight).

3. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplements (AFMS) or Pilots Operating Handbook Supplements (POHS) or Supplemental Aircraft Flight Manual is required with this modification as identified on AML SA665CE, or later FAA approved revision.

4. A copy of this Certificate and FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. 665CE, or later FAA approved revision, must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

5. This STC approves the installation of the floats only. This STC is compatible with any engine modification STCs listed on the AML.

6. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
