Installation of EDO Model 089-2000 or Model 089A-2000 twin seaplane floats in combination with increase in maximum gross weight to 1850 lb., in accordance with data listed in Part A of EDO-AIRE Seaplane Division Report No. ECC-R-440, Revision D dated October 31, 1980, or later FAA approved revision, and Arctic Aircraft Company, Inc., Drawing List entitled "EDO-Model 89/89A-2000", Revision No. 1 dated June 5, 1981, or later FAA approved revision.
Limitations and Conditions: Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Revision No. 1 dated June 5, 1981, or later FAA approved revision, is a required part of this installation on airplanes S/N 1012 through 1029.
Each co-holder of this Certificate will provide each person it permits to use the Certificate to alter one or more airplanes with written evidence of that permission in a form acceptable to the Administrator.
14 CFR Part 43 is adequate to insure continued airworthiness of this modification.
