FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Report No. 36258-1, Rev B, dated 5-2-94, or later approved revision is required for the F90-01 049-501 or F90-01 049-503 or F90-01 049-505 installations.
FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Report No. 36258-2, Rev NC, dated 11-6-00, or later approved revision is required for the F90-01 049-507 installation.
Compatibility of this modification with other previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
