FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Report No. 36264-1, Revision A dated 10-30-92, or later approved revision is required with the F90-01 066-501 installation.
FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, Report No. 36264-2, Revision NC dated 6-20-01, or later approved revision is required with the F90-01 066-503 installation.
Compatibility of this modification with other previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
