1. Installation of STC Number SA5007SW-D is required before this modification. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated April 3, 1990 or later FAA approved revision is required.

2. Compatibility of this modification with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
