6321 NE 175th Street Kenmore, WA 98028 Part 10 Civil Air Regulations A-806 DeHavilland DHC-2 Mk I and Mk III (Amphibian) Installation of Cleveland Model 40-46 wheels and Model 30-31 brakes on Edo/ Bristol/ DeHavilland 348-4580 amphibious floats for the DHC-2 MK I and MK III aircraft.
Approval is extended to the DHC-2 MK III aircraft with the Edo/Bristol 348-1-4930 Amphibious floats using the same Cleveland wheels and brakes as specified above.
The above approvals are in accordance with Kenmore Air Harbor, Inc. Installation Instructions No. K10289, revised March 28, 1986, or later FAA approved revisions.
Approval of this change in type design applies basically to the above model aircraft only. This approval should not extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft. A copy of this Certificate and Kenmore Installation Instructions K10289 shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
