Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of Kenmore Air EDO Floats, LLC Model 689-2130 seaplane floats in accordance with the data listed in Part A of Kenmore Air EDO Floats, LLC Report Number ECC-R-443, Revision D, dated December 21, 2017, or later FAA-approved revision. Operation per EDO-AIRE Flight Manual Supplement Number E-1 (Report Number ECC-R-452) FAA-approved, dated June 4, 1980, or later FAA-approved revision.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft only.

This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any of those other previously approved modifications, including changes in type design, will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that aircraft.

A copy of this certificate must be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.

2. This STC is only eligible on the following listed airplane Serial Numbers:

1-74, 37-74, 29-75, 135-75 through 187-75, 188-76 through 235-76, 236-77 through 260-77, 261-78 through 289-78, 290-79 through 330-79, 331-80 through 356-80, 358-80 360-80, 357-84, 359-84, 361-91 and up

3. Placards on Type Certificate Data Sheet A21CE apply.

4. This modification is also eligible on airplanes equipped with a Hartzell HC-C2YK-1BF/F7666A-0 constant speed propeller in accordance with STC SA742NW, and/or the Bellanca 72 gallon fuel system in accordance with STC SA743NW.
