Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of Edo 248-2440 floats in accordance with PDX Aircraft Corporation Drawing Numbers 108-203 and 108-204, dated September 9, 1973, or later Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) approved revision.

NOTE: The FAA-approved airplane flight manual supplement (AFMS) dated July 10, 1980, or later FAA-approved revision supporting Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) SA1199WE for the Stinson 108-2 and 108-3 aircraft is required.

Limitations and Conditions: Approval of this change in type design applies to the above model aircraft Serial Numbers 208-2250 and up with the Continental Series engines installed as described on STC SA1199WE only.
