Description of Type Design Change (Continued):

Installation of pinned TR5020 Thrust Reversers in accordance with The Dee Howard Co. (DHC) Drawing List No. 89-003 dated November 21, 1989. Installation of operational (unpinned) TR5020 Thrust Reversers in accordance with DHC Drawing List No. 89-003 dated February 22, 1990, or later FAA approved revision.

Installation of TR5020 Thrust Reversers for the Falcon 20-F5, with TFE731-5BR-3C engines; and for the Falcon 20-C5, -D5, -E5, and -F5 with TFE731-5AR-4C or TFE731-5BR-2C engines, in accordance with DHC Drawing List No. 89-003 dated March 30, 1992, or later FAA approved revision.

FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual (AFM) Supplement dated November 22, 1989, for the pinned Thrust Reverser configuration is required. AFM Supplement dated March 2, 1990, Change 2, dated December 13, 1990, for the operational Thrust Reverser configuration; AFM Supplement dated November 1, 1991, for Falcon 20-F5 with TFE731-5BR-2C or -3C engines.

AFM Supplement dated April 14, 1992, for Falcon 20-C5, -D5, -E5, and -F5 with TFE731-5AR-4C or TFE731-5BR-2C engines, or later FAA approved revisions. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
