The CVR-30 approval is limited to airplane serial number NA0419 only. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated 2/20/90 (CVR-80), or Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated 8/6/91 (CVR-30), or later FAA approved revision, is required. Compatibility of this modification with previously installed equipment must be determined by installer.
