certifies that the change in the type design for the following product with the limitations and conditions therefor as specified hereon meets the air worthiness requirements of Part 25 of the Federal Aviation R egulations.

Modification of Boeing turbine thrust reverser sleeve assembly 65B97904 in accordance with LORI, drawing L9902000 dated September 12, 1990, or later FAA approved revisions.
This modification is only allowed on Sleeve Assemblies that have been previously locked out in accordance with Boeing Service Bulletins 747-78, 747-78-2065 Rev.
O, and 747-78-2065 Rev.2. Compatibility of this modification with previously installed equipment must be determined by installer. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
This certificate and the supporting data which is the basis for approv al shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the A dministrator of the F ederal A viation A dministration.
