: Installation of Interior Modification in accordance with DAS Approved Master Document List No. CA-3000b-TUC, Revision (D), dated April 10, 1997, or later DAS Approved Revision. DAS Approved Learjet Airplane Flight Manual Supplement Documents C1051 approved on April 13, 1997, C1052 approved on April 13, 1997, C1053 approved on April 13, 1997, C1055 approved on April 13, 1997, C1070 approved on April 13, 1997 or later DAS Approved Revision is required as part of this modification.
: 1) This installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. 2) This installation declassifies the Type III over wing exit to a Type IV over wing exit, thereby limiting the maximum number of passengers to (9) nine.
