Installation of a Fuel Flow Meter and Totalizer in accordance with Shadin Report 4065 dated June 4, 1984, or subsequent FAA approved revision.
1) This approval should not be extended to other aircraft of this model that incorporate any other previously approved modification, unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any other previously approved modification will introduce no adverse effect on the airworthiness of this aircraft.
2) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
