T00003NY Bombardier Aerospace BD-700-1A10 Installation of a Complete Custom Aircraft Interior, in accordance with Modification Applicability List GC-0001-TUS, Revision (-) dated March 24, 2000 or later FAA Approved Revision. FAA approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplements required for this installation are listed on the approved Modification Applicability List.

1) This installation should not be incorporated in any aircraft unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this installation and any previously approved configuration will not introduce any adverse effect upon the airworthiness of the aircraft. 2) The approval of this modification applies to the above noted airplane model series only. 3) A copy of this STC must be included in the permanent records of the modified aircraft. 4) If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission. 5) The following STC’s are a concurrent requirement with this STC: SA8165NM-D – Structural Modification with Handrail Option – Main Passenger Door, SA8166NM-D - Securaplane Emergency Lighting System, 24 Volt and ST00941LA – Floor Proximity Emergency Escape Path Marking System.

6) The following concurrent STC’s, as listed in Limitation Number 5, are applicable as follows:

-Bruce Industries STC ST00941LA – Floor Proximity Emergency Escape Path Marking System is applicable to all aircraft serial numbers approved under DAS STC SA8164NM-D – Complete Custom Aircraft Interior.

-DAS STC SA8165NM-D – Structural Modification with Handrail Option – Main Passenger Door is applicable to the following serial numbers approved under DAS STC SA8164NM-D – Complete Custom Aircraft Interior : 9022, 9016, 9023, 9011, 9031, 9039, 9043, 9044, 9041, 9020, 9046, 9048, 9024, 9049, 9036, 9063, 9054 and 9072. For all subsequent approved aircraft serial numbers not listed here (limitation number 6), the handrail has been incorporated under the Type Certificate.

-DAS STC SA8166NM-D – Securaplane Emergency Lighting System, 24 Volt is applicable to the following serial numbers approved under DAS STC SA8164NM-D: 9022, 9016, 9023, 9011, 9031, 9039, 9043, 9044, 9041, 9020, 9046, 9048, 9024, 9049, 9036, 9063, and 9054. For all subsequent approved aircraft serial numbers not listed here (limitation number 6), the Emergency Lighting System was incorporated into DAS STC SA8164NM-D – Complete Custom Aircraft Interior.

Reference the Modification Applicability List, GC-0001-TUS, latest approved revision, for the applicable limitations for subsequent approved aircraft serial numbers not listed above.

7) A copy of all applicable Airplane Flight Manual Supplements must be maintained as part of the permanent records for each aircraft modified by this DAS STC.

8) For Instructions for Continued Airworthiness and Supplemental Airworthiness Limitations, refer to the Master Drawing List for each approved aircraft serial number.

9) An addendum to Note 6 for DAS STC SA8165NM-D: This STC is valid to be used on serial numbers 9002 through 9095. Beginning with serial number 9096, the structural modification to the pin support and the handrails are incorporated under the Aircraft Type Certificate. The handrail extension mod, if chosen by the customer, will be the only configuration that is installed at the completion center using this STC on serial number 9096 and subsequent.
