3. The following maintenance and inspection procedures must be complied with:
A. Maintenance Manual Supplement, Cockpit Voice Recorder Report No. MMHS125-1, Original Issue dated February 19, 1991.
4. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
5. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other pers on written evidence of that permission.
