VIR SE-210 S/N N1002U Description of Type Design Change : Temporary installation of closed-circuit television and auto-land display board per United Air Lines Change Order Authorization No. 1-812 and Report No. F-972.
Limitations and Conditions: The approval of this change in type design applies to S/N N1002U only. This installation is to be used for nonrevenue demonstration flights only.
This certificate and the supporting data, which is the basis for approval, shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration.
