The engines must be previously modified to incorporate turbochargers in accordance with STC No. SE6WE. The approval of this change in type design applies to the basic Piper PA-23-250 aircraft S/N 27-2505 and subsequent. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission. FAA Approved Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated December 11, 1964 or later FAA approved revision is required for this installation. Further, Revision dated September 6, 1966 or later FAA approved revision is required for Model PA-E23-250 or for IO-540-C4 installation.)
