1. Installation of dual toe brakes including rudder pedals, linkages, and torque tubes must be in accordance with Williams Aircraft Company drawing list as shown on the attached FAA Approved Model List (AML) No. SA8438SW.
1. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
