B. Teledyne Avionics Drawing List No. D5530 Revision D, dated June 5, 1972.
Note: Teledyne Avionics Drawing List No. DL SL112B300 Revision B, dated May 23, 1972 is required for Manufacture of parts.
1. The following Teledyne Avionics Flight Manual Supplements are required:
A. Supplement No. 1 approved September 18, 1970 for DH.125-400A B. Supplement No. 2 approved January 15, 1971 for the DH.125-400A and BH.125-400A.
C. Supplement No. 3 approved April 20, 1972 for the DH.125-3A/RA and DH.125-400A.
D. Supplement No. 4 approved June 5, 1972 for the DH.125-3A/RA and DH.125-400A.
2. The Installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
