Limitations and Conditions:. 1. The equipm ent for which these provisions are intended has not been certified.
Additional FAA approval is required for the installation of this equipm ent and m ust be evaluated to assure satisfactory compliance with the applicable airworthiness standards.
2. Com patibility of this design change with p reviously approved m odifications m ust be determ ined by the ins taller.
3. If the holder agrees to perm it another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that perm ission.
4. When installed, ai rplanes with this STC are lim ited to operations ex cluding those of an Air Carrier.
Specifically, no operations under 14 CFR 121, 14 CFR 129 or any foreign Air Carrier are perm itted.
