1. The equipment for which these provisions are intended has not been certified. Additional FAA approval is required for the installation of this equipment and must be evaluated to assure satisfactory compliance with the applicable airworthiness standards.

2. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer.

3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.

4. Based on 14 CFR §§ 21.115 and 21.101, the certification basis for the Boeing 747-2G4B aircraft is as follows:

a. The type certification basis fo r Boeing series airplanes is shown on TCDS A20WE for parts not changed or not affected by the change.

b. The certification basis for parts changed or aff ected by the change since the reference date of application, 14 August 2003, is as shown in TCDS A20WE with the exception that 25.981(a)(3) is at amendment 25-102.

5. When installed, airplanes with this STC are limited to operations excluding those of an Air Carrier.

Specifically, no operations under 14 CFR 121, 14 CFR 129 or any foreign Air Carrier are permitted.
