installation of wing flap landing gear aural warning installation per FAA sealed WCA drawings DC-3-27-11 Sheets 1 through 5. .This installation is in compliance with CAR 40.155. This will require a placard in the cockpit (See drawing DC-3-27-11 sheet 5).
The approval of this change in type design applies basically to Douglas Model DC-3 aircraft only. This approval should not be extended to other airplanes of this model unless it is determined that the interrelationship between this change and any other previous modification will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane.
