Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated May 27, 1977, is required with this installation. For M-5-210C and M-5-220C, CAPRE, Inc. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement dated July 20, 1977, is required with this installation.

For M-5-210TC, CAPRE, Inc., Drawing List CM-2400, Revision F, dated February 15, 1980 or later FAA approved revision and CAPRE, Inc. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, dated June 20, 1980, or later FAA approved revision, are required with this installation.

For M-6-235, with a maximum gross weight of 2530 pounds, CAPRE, Inc., Drawing List CM-2400, Revision K, dated July 2, 1982, or later FAA approved revision and CAPRE, Inc. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, dated July 2, 1982, or later FAA approved revision, are required with this installation.

For M-6-235, with a maximum gross weight of 2750 pounds, Aqua Floats Drawing List CM-2400, Revision M, dated January 10, 1991, or later FAA approved revision and CAPRE, Inc. For M-7-235, with an increased maximum gross weight of 2750 pounds, Aqua Floats Drawing List CM-2400, Revision M, dated January 10. 1991, or later FAA approved Revision and CAPRE, Inc. Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, dated January 29, 1991, or later FAA approved revision, are required with this installation.

For M-7-235, with a maximum gross weight of 2500 pounds, Aqua Floats Drawing List CM-2400, Revision N, dated July 23, 1992, or later FAA approved revision and CAPRE, Inc.

Pilots Operating Handbook and Airplane Flight Manual Supplement, dated August 20, 1992 or later FAA approved revision, are required with this installation.

This approval should not be extended to other specific airplanes of this model on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated unless it is determined by the installer that the interrelationship between this change and any of those previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of that airplane. This determination should include consideration of significant changes in weight distribution such as an increase in the fixed disposable weight in the fuselage.

The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other person written evidence of that permission.
