3. Modification of vertical stabilizer to add a dorsal fin.
4. Modification of the forward fuselage structure.
The modifications as listed above are in accordance with Marvin L. James photographs 1 trouin and Conditions:
Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to Bellanca 7AC, Serial Number 7AC-669 only. A copy of this Certificate shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
