Description of the Type Design Change: Installation of zero passenger, zero cargo configuration in accordance with the FAA sealed Tramco Drawing No. 80-009 dated May 6, 1980.
Limitations and Conditions: Data pertaining to this modification are considered inadequate for duplication in other aircraft. This approval is limited to the installation in Boeing Model 707-138B, Serial No. 17696 only. A copy of this Certificate shall be maintained as part of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
