1. Innotech Aviation Limited Airplane Flight Manual Supplement No. 6. For British Aerospace Inc. Model HS.125-700A with J.E.T. A1-804 Emergency Horizon Rev. A FAA approved August 5, 1983, is required with the above modification.
2. The installer must determine whether this design change is compatible with previously approved modifications.
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter a product, the holder must give the other pers on written evidence of that permission.
