Model PC-6/B-H2 or PC-6/B1-H2 - modified in accordance with STC SA614EA requires Fairchild Heli-Porter PC-6/B2-H2, Revision No. 4. dated August 20, 1973.
Model PC-6/C-H2 requires PC-6/C-H2 Fairchild Heli-Porter Revision No. 7, dated August 20, 1973.
2. Maintenance of this system in accordance with Pilatus Service Manual PC-6B, Section 24-31-0, Pages 1, 2 and 204; Section 24-31- 1, Pages 201 and 202 for the battery over-temperature warning system required with this installation. (Ref: AD-72-19-4, Revised February 26, 1973)
3. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
4. Compatibility of this design change with previously approved modifications must be determined by the installer .
