Limitations and Conditions: (Continued):

The maintenance and determination of airworthiness of the basket, burner, instruments and fuel system must be in accordance with the Thunder & Colt Maintenance Instructions.

The maintenance and determination of airworthiness of the envelope must be in accordance with The Balloon Works Inc.

Maintenance and Repair Manual, or with the Galaxy Balloons Repair and Maintenance Manual, as appropriate.

Any service bulletin or Airworthiness Directive issued by Thunder & Colt which involves any part used on this balloon shall be considered mandatory for compliance on this balloon according to the same terms that it is required for compliance on a Thunder & Colt balloon. Thunder & Colt airworthiness directives and service bulletins applying to the envelope are not applicable to this balloon.
