Description of Type Design Change: Replace the Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Basket with the Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Basket, Part Number BA-003-A-007 with wheelchair side-door accessibility, S/Ns BA968, BA969, or BA970. The Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Wheelchair Basket is installed in the same manner as the existing Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Basket.
1. The appropriate FAA Approved Balloon Flight Manual Supplement dated May 30, 2007, is required.
2. Descriptive data pertaining to this design change are considered inadequate for duplication in other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Model 120A, Serial No. 5296, 5364, and 5370 only.
