Description of Type Design Change: Replace the Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Burner system with the Cameron Balloons Double Burner, Part Number CBUS10011-2A, S/N VO123-VO128. Replace the Lindstrand Balloons Ltd fuel tanks with the Cameron Balloons Fuel Tanks, Part Number CBUS1050D, S/Ns 206, 478, 492, and 509. The Cameron Balloons Double Burner/Fuel Tanks are installed in the same manner as the Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Burner/Fuel Tanks.
1. FAA Approved Balloon Flight Manual Supplement dated November 19, 2010, is required. 2. This modified balloon is to be maintained in accordance with the latest revision of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) from Lindstrand Balloons Ltd (Envelope, Basket) and Cameron Balloons (Burner, Fuel Tanks). 3. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Model 105A, Serial No. 5441. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
