The Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Wheelchair Basket is installed in the same manner as the existing Cameron Balloons US Basket.

Description of Type Design Change: Replace the Cameron Balloons US Basket/Burner system and fuel tanks with the Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Basket, Part Number BA-265-A-001 with wheelchair side-door accessibility, S/N BA1150; the Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Burner, Part Number BU-008-A-001, S/N BU821; Lindstrand Balloons Ltd fuel tanks, Part Number CY-020-A-011, S/N 066, and Part Number CY-030-A-001, S/Ns 924 and 929. The Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Wheelchair Basket is installed in the same manner as the existing Cameron Balloons US Basket.
1. The appropriate FAA Approved Balloon Flight Manual Supplement dated April 6, 2011, is required. 2. This modified balloon is to be maintained in accordance with the latest revision of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) from Cameron Balloons US (Envelope) and Lindstrand Balloons Ltd (Basket, Burner, Fuel Tanks). 3. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Cameron Balloons US Model A-140, Serial No. 6286. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations
