Replace Balony Kubicek Basket/Burner system and fuel tanks with the Aerostar International Basket Model RB12, S/N RB12-122;

the Aerostar International Burner Model HP III Triple, S/N 3014; Aerostar International Model V-18 fuel tank, S/N 00227 and Model V-23 fuel tanks, S/Ns 00061, 00062, and 00063. The Aerostar International Basket/Burner is installed via the standard Balony Kubicek carabiner (snaplink) attachments as specified in the FAA Approved Balloon Flight Manual Supplement dated May 17, 2011.

1. FAA Approved Balloon Flight Manual Supplement, dated May 17, 2011, or later FAA approved revisions required. 2. This modified balloon is to be maintained in accordance with the latest revision of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) from Balony Kubicek (Envelope) and Aerostar International (Basket, Burner, Fuel Tanks). 3. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Balony Kubicek Model BB70Z, S/N 817, only. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
