Description of Type Design Change: Replace the Cameron Balloons Ltd Basket/Burner system with the Lindstrand Balloons Basket, Part Number BA-026-A-001, S/N BA1200; the Lindstrand Balloons Burner, Part Number BU-010-A-002, S/N BU1321.
Replace the Cameron Balloons Ltd fuel tanks with the Lindstrand Balloons Fuel Tanks, Part Number CY-040-A-001, S/Ns 970, 971, 972 and 973. The Lindstrand Balloons Basket/Burner are installed in the same manner as the Cameron Balloons Ltd Basket/Burner.
1. FAA Approved Balloon Flight Manual Supplement dated August 27, 2012, is required. 2. This modified balloon is to be maintained in accordance with the latest revision of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) from Cameron Balloons (Envelope) and Lindstrand Balloons (Basket, Burner, Fuel Tanks) 3. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Cameron Balloons Ltd Model A-315, Serial No.
6596. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
