Description of Type Design Change: Replace the Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Basket/Burner system with the Cameron Balloons Basket, Part Number CB860-H4, S/N 9757; the Cameron Balloons Burner, Part Number CBUS10012-2A, S/N V0290, V0275, V0292. The Cameron Balloons Basket/Burner are installed in the same manner as the Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Basket/Burner.
1. FAA Approved Balloon Flight Manual Supplement dated August 27, 2012, is required. 2. This modified balloon is to be maintained in accordance with the latest revision of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) from Lindstrand Balloons Ltd (Envelope and Fuel Tanks) and Cameron Balloons (Basket and Burner) 3. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Model 260A, Serial No. 5520. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
