Description of Type Design Change: Replace the Cameron Balloons Ltd (Thunder) Basket/Burner system with the Lindstrand Balloons Basket, Part Number BA-006-A-001, S/N BA424; the Lindstrand Balloons Burner, Part Number BU-002-A-001, S/N BU505. The Lindstrand Balloons Basket/Burner are installed in the same manner as the Cameron Balloons Ltd (Thunder) Basket/Burner.
1. FAA Approved Balloon Flight Manual Supplement dated May 20, 2013, is required. 2. This modified balloon is to be maintained in accordance with the latest revision of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) from Cameron Balloons (Thunder) (Envelope, Fuel Tanks) and Lindstrand Balloons (Basket, Burner) 3. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Cameron Balloons Ltd (Thunder) Model AX8-90 (S.2), Serial No. 2291. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
