1. FAA Approved Balloon Flight Manual Supplement, dated September 18, 2014, or later FAA approved revisions required.
2. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. T his approval is limited to the installation made in Cameron Balloons US Model A-275, S/N 6747, only. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
This certificate and the supporti ng data which is the basis for approval shall remain in effect until surrendered, suspended, revoked or a termination date is otherwise established by the A dministrator of the F ederal A viation A dministration.
