Description of Type Design Change: Replace the Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Burner system with the Lindstrand Balloons USA Double Burner, Part Number BU-008-A-001, S/N BA1219. The Lindstrand Balloons USA Double Burner is installed in the same manner as the Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Burner.
1. FAA Approved Balloon Flight Manual Supplement dated March 4, 2016, is required. 2. This modified balloon is to be maintained in accordance with the latest revision of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) from Lindstrand Balloons Ltd (Envelope, Basket, and Fuel Tanks) and Lindstrand Balloons USA (Burner) 3. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Model 180A, Serial No. 5487. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
