Description of Type Design Change: Replace the Cameron Balloons US Basket/Burner system with the Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Basket, Part Number BA-006-A-001, S/N 1070; the Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Burner, Part Number BU-008-A-001, S/N BU732.
Replace the Cameron Balloons US fuel tanks with the Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Fuel Tanks, Part Number CY-030-A-001, S/Ns 1300, 1301, 1361, and 1362. The Lindstrand Balloons Ltd Basket/Burner is installed in the same manner as the Cameron Balloons US Basket/Burner.
1. FAA Approved Balloon Flight Manual Supplement dated May 18, 2016, is required. 2. This modified balloon is to be maintained in accordance with the latest revision of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) from Cameron Balloons US (Envelope) and Lindstrand Balloons Ltd (Basket, Burner, and Fuel Tanks) 3. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Cameron Balloons US Model Sphere-90, Serial No.
10560. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
