Description of Type Design Change: Replace Thunder basket, burner, and fuel tanks with Cameron Balloons US basket (p/n CB301C-6), burner (p/n CB579 C) and fuel tanks (p/n CB426 D) via standard Cameron snaplinks (carabiners) on Cameron Balloons Ltd. Model Thunder AX8-90(S.2), S/N 2393.
1. FAA Approved Balloon Flight Manual Supplement dated June 28, 2016, is required. 2. This modified balloon is to be maintained in accordance with the latest revision of the Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA) from Cameron Balloons Ltd. (Envelope) and Cameron Balloons US (Basket, Burner, and Fuel Tanks) 3. You cannot use descriptive data about this design change to duplicate other products. This approval is limited to only the installation made in Cameron Balloons Ltd. Model Thunder AX8- 90(S.2), Serial Number 2393. This STC does not permit manufacturing of parts for multiple installations.
