Installation on the PTA engine models is to be accomplished in accordance with TrendCheck/TrendCheck Plus Engine Monitor Installation Manual, Version C, dated March 19, 2002 or later FAA-approved revisions.

Limitations and Conditions: (1) The TrendCheck/TrendCheck Plus Monitor are designed as clectronic aid for recording engine trend and cycle data. These devices do not eliminate the requirements for manual recording of engine operating data required by the FAA approved operating specifications and maintenance programs. (2) This approval should not be incorporated in any engines of these models on which other previously approved modifications are incorporated, unless it is determined that the inter-relationship between this change and any previously approved modifications will introduce no adverse effect upon the airworthiness of those aircraft.

If the holder agrees to permit another person to use this certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
