Convert AlliedSignal TFE731-3-1E/F/K engines to TFE731-3-2AP engines in accordance with Priester Aviation Conversion Drawing List PR731DL, dated April 1, 1997 and Alliance Engine Conversion Instruction AESTC10, Section 4, Revision Orig. or later FAA approved revision.
1. TFE731-3-2AP engines are flat rated to match TFE731-2-2B engines performance.
2. Compatibility of this design change with previous modifications must be determined by the installer.
3. A copy of this certificate must be maintained as pa rt of the permanent records for the modified aircraft.
4. If the holder agrees to permit another person to use th is certificate to alter the product, the holder shall give the other person written evidence of that permission.
